                      RECONDITION OF VALVES SPINDLES TOTAL


    •    Collecting of valve spindles Cleaning and sandblast
    •    Visual inspection
    •    Reception of  initial measurements
    •    Turning of lathe of worn out valves until we reach in
          healthy metal,] (cleaning of all surfaces, surface of
          contact, diameter)
    •    Penetrate crack detection with acute liquids for the
          localization by any chance crack with method DYE - CHECK
    •    Warm-up 150O C
    •    Crack repair if required
    •    Recondition with stainless wire in diameter and seat
    •    Turning of lathe
    •    Warm-up in 300 C
    •    Deposition stellite  6 mm.
    •    Final passes  of recondition
    •    Maintenance of temperature (300 C) in the all passes of
          final recondition
    •    Cruelty of metal in 400 C.
    •    Slow refrigeration in temperature of environment
    •    Turning of lathe in order that the valve acquires her
          standard dimensions base of drawing of constructor
    •    Rectify of surface of contact of seat of - valve
    •    Tackling with the elements of our work shop

 
               SPACE OF COMBUSTION OF  VALVE SPINDLES

    •    Cleaning  sandblast
    •    Turning of lathe of space of combustion
    •    DYE - CHECK and localization crack
    •    Warm-up in 150 C 
    •    Recondition with stainless steel in the sole in the valve
    •    Turning of lathe in final dimensions with
          base the drawing of constructor
    •    Opening of  holes
    •    Tackling valve with elements of our work shop

    •    Initial measurements
    •    Initial treatment in rectify, until  we have clean diameter
    •    Hard chromium took place with the method of electrolyze
    •    Final treatment in rectify in standard dimensions


               VALVE RECONDITION NIMONIC
 
    •    Turning of lathe and check with acute liquids
    •    Pre –Warming up 300 -  350 C
    •    Maintenance of temperature  during of all of reconditioning
    •    Wire  of reconditioning THERMANIT 617 1,2 mm or
          U 520 Co - G F1.6 mm
    •    Layers of reconditioning until 10
    •    Reintroduction: 4-hour in their 650[o] C.
    •    Flowingly slow refrigeration in temperature of environment,
         with precaution from currents 
    •    Turning of lathe  of seat and rectify
    •    Turning of lathe of  combustion area.
    •    Chromium took place  in the stem of in the event deterioration
    •    Tackling with the elements of our workshop
