• Cleaning by sandblasting
• Initial measurements
• Turning of lathe in the space of combustion and in the diameter
• Checking in the region of space of combustion for the finding
by any chance crack with method DYE – CHECK
• Throughout opening crack
• Warm-up in 250[o]C
• Welding crack with basic electrode manually-operated by AWSA 5.5 E 9018-G
• Reconditioning of all space of combustion with wire S2 MO
with automatic welding with the method of sunk arc (SUBMERGED ARC METHOD)
• Fired at 650[o]
• Turning of lathe in final dimensions of constructor
• Opening of new holes
• Tackling of head with the elements of our work shop
